French seafood soup with prawns, crab, john dory, mussels and clams, served with a herbed baguette and rouille.

Serving Notes:

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius. Put the herbed baguette into the oven, wrapped in foil, for 10-minutes. Place the seafood and vegetables into the oven (160 degrees) for 5-minutes, toss with the button provided, and place in the oven for an additional 5-minutes, or until warmed through. Warm the soup in a saucepan until just before the boil. Divide the seafood and vegetables into serving bowls, pour the soup over, and serve with the warmed bread and rouille on the side.
