A 15-hour braised and smoked, grass fed wagyu beef short rib, with pearl onions, roasted winter vegetables, served with a garlic and herb pommes puree and a garden leaf salad with mustard and horseradish.

Serving Notes:

Add a little water to the beef short rib and place in the oven at 160 degrees celsius. After 20-30 minutes, check the internal temperature, add a little more water if needed and return to the oven until heated through. Place the garlic and herb pommes puree into a microwave safe dish and microwave 2-minutes, stir and heat for a further 2-minutes or until heated through. Serve with the horseradish and mustard on the side. Dress the garden leaf salad and season to taste.
